Clairvoyix utilizes a proprietary three-step approach for developing custom direct marketing strategies for the hospitality industry:

  1. We start by identifying your specific goals: increase occupancy levels, fill holes/shoulders, increase ADR, generate repeat business/guest loyalty, sell additional services (F&B, spa, golf, etc), promote events/packages, increase length of stay (IE move 2-nighters to 3-nighters), etc.
  2. Then we utilize the information found in your existing data to target previous guests and build models to identify best candidates for new guests. Utilizing the information gleaned from demographic and guest stay research (Guest Intelligence and Knowledge factory), we can identify the best targets for building loyalty programs, cross-selling various amenities, filling gaps and building a new customer base.
  3. From there we develop a comprehensive direct marketing strategy map specific to your needs for each segment/goal including tools, timeline (based on historic booking lead-time trends) and anticipated ROI. The mapping process looks at both short-term needs and long-term objectives, over a 24-month period.
