Clairvoyix’s Privacy Policy

Clairvoyix does not provide data collected on behalf of our customers and partners to any unauthorized party.  Our client’s data is never sold, rented, or disclosed to third party without express written permission.  Our client data is housed in a unique database, and therefore never combined with any third-party data.  We periodically backup our client databases and we store the backups in a secure off-site location.  Our web browser accessed application is secured through 128 bit SSL encryption (https).

Security

At Clairvoyix we take reasonable precautions to keep our sites and systems secure and to prevent personal data from being made available to any unauthorized person or business.  Our servers and databases are located in a secure, 7x24 monitored facility that can only be entered through a combination of bio-metric authentication (hand print) and “card swipe” access.  

Notification of Changes

This policy was last revised in January of 2008.  Our methods of information collection and uses of the information are unchanged.

If we decide to change our privacy policy in a material way, we will post a notification highlighting those changes on our home page.
